Different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, so we provide several payment options, such as auto debit bank accounts, auto debit credit card accounts, as well as a monthly payment financing plans. Our goal is to make paying for your orthodontic treatment convenient and manageable for your family.
It is our hope all patients desiring orthodontic treatment receive it. In other words, we really believe financial consideration should not stop one from enjoying the benefits of modern orthodontic treatment. At your first visit, you will be given an estimated treatment fee, if treatment is indicated at that time. At the consultation appointment, you will be given a definite treatment fee (a definite treatment fee can only be given after the comprehensive set of diagnostic records has been studied). It is our experience the estimated fee and the definite fee are very close.
Payment Option 1:
A bookkeeping courtesy discount is given if payment is made in full at the beginning of treatment. Payment can be made in cash, check or credit card. This discount only applies if no other discount has been given, i.e.: family discount.
Payment Option 2:
With good credit status an initial payment is due the day treatment begins, with the remaining balance paid interest free in monthly payments.
If your fee is less than $1,000 we request payment-in-full at the beginning of treatment.
We realize making a down payment or making payment for treatment in-full might present a financial burden to you. For you convenience, we have made financing available through MasterCard and Visa. We also offer auto debit to your MasterCard and Visa, as well as from your checking or savings account.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them. These questions should be address to Insurance Coordinator, Vickie. Our office is a Delta Dental, Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Atena, Assurant and MetLife Provider. We do accept most other insurance plans. Please bring your Dental Insurance Card so we can verify your benefits. It is important to keep us informed when you have an insurance change.
If for any reason your insurance company does not pay the estimated amount, the uncollected amount will be the patient's responsibility.
